High-End Watercooling Setup - Page 8

if you like seeing tubing going all over then yes, it will be aesthetically pleasing. if not, then it won't look good.

if you want to go through the trouble of using the bottom hole as the res inlet then feel free, just know you'll be flipping your case upside down a fair amount in order for that to work.

which would require extra tubing to pull it out and away from the case ( at least a safe amount. ) if you can't tell, i don't like a mile worth of tubing.

How is that?? You cut the same amount of tubing but instead of pulling it to the right you pull it out of the case to flip it. It really isn't that complicated.

i never said it was complicated, it's just more effort compared to using the top as a fillport. you can't tell me sticking a tube at the top of his res maybe 6 - 8 inches long and have it coming out the side is more effort then this.

Thank you Nightmare and VW TDI you were a big help. I have thought about it alot and decided I'm probably just going to follow Nightmare's example. I have also thought about it and it is a possibility that I can expand this from a simple loop to a more intensive case mod+wc loop+2nd gtx480. So as soon as I can figure all of this crazyness out, my loop shall be on hold. I do however expect this to be completed by the end of break ~mid January so this shouldn't be to much of delay. Anyways thanks everyone for all of your help so far, I now know my two options (just the loop or all out upgrade and mod) and really just need a day or two to think it over. I'll either post here or just create a new thread. See you guys around!
