I would like to run SLI in the future so keep that in mind,

I would get at least a 750W PSU. A good one at that. Something from Corsair, Antec or Thermaltake. Those PSUs are probably the most stable from what I have heard and from what I have experienced. What I would recommend is 750W or above and that is stable and SLI compatible.

Yes a quality named 750w will do, but opt for a 850w for headroom for future upgrades.

Even if you get an i7 or anything like that powerfull with SLI a quality 750w PSU is enough (Seasonix X-750 / AX-750 / HX-750 / AntecTPN 750 or if the price is right go for a HX-850w stillo ne of the best PSU's around
