can i use version 1 of HK supreme to put on am3+ cpu?

just the spacing between the threads so that it will fit 2 straight compression fittings

yeah you can use any version on your amd as long as you use the amd brackets

The latest version allows for the fat boy compression fittings to be installed side by side on the block. Where as the earlier one you would have to use 2 45° rotary compressions on it.

Let me explain it a bit better.
V1 you can't use 2 x 1/2 x 3/4 regular compression fittings side by side.
* This is why i said you need 2 x 45° rotary 45° compression fittings.

V2 will take two regular 1/2 x 3/4 compression fittings.
* So no need for the expensive 45° rotary compression fittings.
* You will have 1mm between the two compression fittings.
* The distance between the ports is 26.5mm.

The difference is minimal compared to V1 it is 1.5mm.
