Yes, a 360 and a 240 could fit. Take out the drive bays and mount the 240 there. Configure both the 360 and the 240 as exhaust and make the rear 120 and side panel intake. Should give you great temperatures without having to use insane fan speeds.

Sweet that sounds good I think I'll go with that then. What individual components do you recommend? I think this might go over budget haha

I'm pretty sure you can throw in a 240 in that area without any modding, as long as you aren't using the bottom 5.25" bay and you have a clear inch or two of horizontal space at the bottom of the case. I have GTX 470s, and they definitely leave enough space for this with no modding. I'm planning on making roughly the same loop as you

PS: I don't consider finding a way to secure the rad to the back of the drive bays to be modding. but you should probably do at least that
