It's an Asus but it's in an HP system, and trying to get HP to repair it would force my girlfriend to send the whole blasted system back. Not really an option since she uses it for work. Thankfully I have a spare compatible mobo, worst case scenario.

Appreciate the options/experience.
It's definitely worth a shot I have heard A LOT OF good things about Corsair's customer support.. especially when it has been there product at fault.. Good luck and keep us informed...

Thissssssss.
Asking USPS to do anything is like banging your head against a wall.
Sux bout the mobo

You'll be pleased to hear about Corsairs RMA process tho.
When I finished my sig rig, PSU DIED SECOND DAY >.<
I had my TX650 replaced pretty snappy.

+1 for defective.
If the box didn't have any visible damage you aren't getting anything from USPS..
