Really, all you people who are so paranoid about entering your name and address, that's just how your government (where ever you're from) want you to behave, to be afraid.

If you look at the site it contains mirrors to link you with Wikileaks, loads of different sites, i think this is genuine, free publicity to circumvent google. Either way, who cares?

As for Ascaii phoning the domain registered addrress, do you think they'd say "yeah we're wikileaks, i'm sure you're not an american agent, come over for a coffee!"
So, you want absolute privacy from the Government... but you'll hand over your address details to a random website?

It's the same flawd logic whereby people purchase VPN tunnels to avoid Government/private organisation snooping and collecting your information... yet completely forget the fact that all you've done is handed your trust from your ISP to a random website located in a far off land

A far-off neutral land

Even though they recently did something that was motivated by policital pressure that they wouldn't have dreamed of doing 50 years ago.

Who's to say the website follows the concept of neutrality? Who's to say they don't log information and sell it? There are enough dishonest people out there and anonymity makes it an easy crime.
