Hey.

Just need to get some feedback from some fellow G700 owners; I haven't had the chance to use one besides my own and, as I am having problems with the mouse wheel, I am unable to say whether my problems are restricted to my specific mouse or whether they are just design choices which I dislike.

So, to start with, how much force should the mouse wheel press (often called mouse3) actually require? Also, should there be any kind of audible click with this? My G9X required significantly more force than my G700, which seems to only require a very small amount of force to press.

Secondly, has anyone experienced problems with the mouse wheel press becoming stuck and continually pressing? Mine will sometimes become pressed and remain pressed, even though the button wasn't pushed. It doesn't appear to be in a state where it is constantly pressed (the wheel isn't staying in a down position when it shouldn't). Pressing the wheel usually stops this problem.

Third question, has anyone experienced problems with the mousewheel pressing when the mouse is moved quickly? Sharp movements while gaming sometimes result in the mouse wheel press activating.

Final question, does anybody else find that the mouse3 button will press when changing between the two scrolling modes? This is less of an actual problem, but, if limited only to my mouse, I can probably confirm that there is an issue with the mouse wheel mechanism.

I appreciate any help that anyone is able to give.

Regards,
Sica.
