Now, I have googled this for 5 damn pages and all that has come up is incorrect/complete information or third party programs.

I'm on Windows 7 64bit.

What I want to do is add a command.exe to my context menu with arguments.
To further expand on that, I want to make a batch that will move the file I click on and copy it's filename to my clipboard.
