How do I update the BIOS for this mobo, I have 64 bit and the updating program does not support 64 bit. What are my options to make it work?

well first off you shouldn't use @BIOS and if you do Download it off of their site, that one will work with windows 7 64bit.

BUT this is the correct way to do it. Get a memory stick, download hte BIOS, format the memory stick in FAT32, then bootup in BIOS enter QFLASH utility, its built into BIOS, select the BIOS off the USB drive will be liek a HDD.

Sin0822 is the best away. Again make sure you format FAT32 for your USB thumbdrive or it won't work.
