Right click on the desktop (anywhere).
Select 'Screen Resolution'
Click 'Identify' to see which monitors are where. (big numbers should appear) (ie. 1,2,3 on the respective monitors)
Click on the monitor you want to have with the task bar etc.
Select that tick box 'make this my main display'
Select 'Apply'

Oh...SLI explains it lol...

Have a look round the settings via Nvidia control panel. There should be some settings there.

However, I am also slightly stumped at the same time. You should be able to simply right click on the taskbar, unlock it, and then drag it wherever you want it to go.

You are using Windows 7 like in your sig right?

I am using windows 7. All I need is to drag the notification area system tray and start button to the center of the taskbar.
