Accelero Xtreme plus, GTX 580

Hi, I was just checking out Arctic coolings website to see if they had listed the Arctic cooling Accelere Extreme for a GTX 580. Luckily for me, they had

But I have some questions before Buying it.
It says on the page (Link ) That VR004 Is for GTX 580, 570 & 480. But at the place I can buy it, Only GTX 480 is listed on the VR004. (Although its under a VR003 by itself, under another VR003, So i assume its a misstype.) (Link)

So, Would the Accelero Extreme plus with VR004 fit the GTX 580 with no problem?
Do all VR00x sets come the Accelero extreme package?
Is it worth it? (399kr = 66,8 USD, so its cheaper than at AC's page )

the VR004 pack hasn't changed... they just updated the compatibility of it

If artic coolings website says it will, I'd go for it. I think they just didn't update the information in their site. You could ask the site though. The VR00x sets do come in one package. Pretty small package. Finally it is very worth it. It's some of the best money I've every spent (for my gtx 480). I got a huge tempature drop not to mention the silence (you can't hear any of the fans).

About the VR00x Sets, In the specifications on the page I want to buy it from, it says
"Don´t forget to by a Compatible plate!" and if I search for VR004, I found this

That's probably just the CPU mounting bracket that comes with the VR004 set?

Just wanted to comment to OP, in case they already weren't aware the AXP cooler will make your GPU will take up 3 PCI slots instead of 2.

Yeh, I know
Thanks for the concern though.

Just to be absolutely sure, If I buy only the AXP cooler, the VR004 set is included in the package?

No, you have to purchase the VR004 in addition to the Cooler. Their design allows you to use the cooler on more than one card. But it has been a source of confusion and some sites sell only the cooler itself, which is useless without the accessory set.

it is separate.... which makes sense on a cooler that supports so many cards

You have to buy the seprate VR004 package along with the cooler it's self.
