Try throwing your win 7 install disk in without your HDD connected.

Well this stop error means that a hardware driver is corrupt. Did your motherboard come with CD with software on it? If so try putting that into your CD drive and install the drivers on the disk.

the thing is that this is in the windows cd. not a driver error. if it was it means windows drivcers arent working and the cd that i have wouldnt be useful because i cant install the drivers

Well it could also mean that a driver in your system is corrupt. Honestly though I think we are getting away from the point now. I think your real problem is you don't have a high enough voltage on your fsb. Did you happen to find where you can regulate the volage for your fsb?
