Good card to choose FOR cooling?

I'm in the process of planning out a new computer build, and I'd like a card that easily accepts aftermarket cooling. The HD 5870s I've seen so far are right in the budget, so my question would be, which manufacturers make reference-design cards that will easily take different aftermarket cooling heatsinks/fans? I'm looking at getting an Accelero Xtreme Plus for it, so something that is verified to match would be great.

Not sure how good Diamond is anymore, but I've been thinking about this card:

Also, I prefer Amazon because I have Prime for epic free shipping, but if you don't want to search through there, I can find my own way to get recommended cards

I think every brand makes reference cards as well.

To find out if the card is a reference model, look for the AMD/ATI logo on the PCI-E conector, if it has, it's reference.
The pci-e power connectors also indicate if it's reference or not, as well as the logo on the cooler fan

That card you are looking at is a reference model.
The best thing I've ever done with my 5870, currently in RMA, was to buy an aftermarket cooler, just because of the noise. not to mention that it became a silent card
