Is it performing as it should?

Just wondering if I am getting the performance I should be getting from this drive. I followed the guide on this forum for all the tweaks and settings, and of course I have AHCI and TRIM enabled. I also have the Intel SSD Toolbox.

I do have one question though, do I need the Intel RST drivers? I don't have an Intel chipset so I was under the assumption I didn't, just the windows default AHCI ones...

why would that have anything to do with it?

Why would Intel screw themselfs by requirering their SSD to have an Intel chip to be good.

with the performance he is getting he might as well get a few good hard drives in raid.

Looks good.
Intel drives generally don't have that high of a write rate.

You should be fine with the standard windows AHCI driver (msachi).
