Expect around an overclock of 850-900... (900 being very optimistic).

soz should of said that myself....

plus i have a AXP cooler... which is almost as good as water cooling

Thanks for the warning. I'm just using the stock cooler.

So what would a good voltage for GTX580 be?

Mine is .955V.

Not sure if you came to brag, but that is probably one of the best you can get...
Now go OC and post results if it is worthy.

in all honesty....

the Volts that you use doesn't overly matter that much....

as long as the card is cool...

in general -

Lower Volts = less power usage and lower temps, but lower OC

Higher Volts = More power usage and Higher temps, But High OC

...and dyscalculia strikes again. The 5's I mentioned were really 8's.

...wait, it just changed to .955v again. It really was at .955v. Odd....

Definitely not bragging. I normally don't mess with voltages, so I'm new to looking at this.

Have you check MSI AB?
I have a feeling the numbers will be different.
