Wierd OC issues HD 5970

So I got Visiontek 5970 and this POS seems to be problematic even at 850mhz core clock.

Every game i have runs fine even GTA IV but then for GTA IV EFLC, i get artifacts in the game but I have tested my card using Furmark 1.8.2 and i don't have any issues.

What could be the problem? What other good GPU stressing programs can I use. I want to be able to bring my 5970 to 881 mhz where it used to be and by any stretch 900mhz...I feel a bit cheated right now cause 5970 are supposed to be downclocked 5850s yes?

It Could possibly getting to hot its got stock cooling correct and or you need to link shader clock with it and also i dont recommend overclocking memory before core just so you know.
