i had a 750i FTW do the exact same thing on me. Does your LED output read FF?

i ended up having to RMA the board and sold it when it got back.

To OP: Have you tried removing the pins from the front pinheader and putting them back on?

Or maybe the case buttons shorted out?

If none of the above works...your mobo has possibly "kicked the bucket." From my experience with this mobo, it has been decent for OC'ing for about 3 to 4 months but if you keep pushing it, this mobo will just give up. This is my 2nd XFX 750i mobo and it had started trippin' after 4 months (just like the last one started trippin' after about 5 months). So I had decided to stop OC'ing with this crappy mobo and remain at my current OC (see sig below) so it will last until I complete my new build. It has been 3 months so far with that OC and no problems...knock on wood
