Is the X3460 worth the extra cost?

Is the X3460 worth the extra cost over the X3440? This will be for servers, and I am more then willing to spend the money on it.. but from what I see the gap between the two processors is not very large and is purely clock speed.

So is it worth the extra hundred or so dollars, or not?

Thanks!

Not if you are going to be overclocking it. They will both achieve 4.0Ghz+
