Bios issue OC'ing phenom 1090T

Bios says CPU Clock Ratio: 3600mhz but i havent raised voltage but its stable...
What i did was to get the RAM to 1800mhz i raised fsb to 225 then turned the TURBO CORE multiplier down to 14.5 to make it 3200 mhz, i didnt realise it was the turbo core one.

Thats not my computer, thats just an example of what my bios looks like.

Mine says:

CPU Clock Ratio: 3600
CPU Northbridge: 2025 i think
Core Performance boost (disabled):
CPB Ratio (Manual): 3262mhz (**this is the one where i lowered multi after raising FSB).

Im wondering, is my cpu clock ratio at 3600mhz stable (its loading into windows/doing everything fine), i havent overvolted yet (i cant run pressure test right now and dont QQ me, i just want your opinion on what you think), because its running idle 39celsius, or do i just have a really good overclocking chip...

I wouldnt call it stable jsut because it loads windows. Idle temps are not as important as load temps. Run Prime95 or LinX to test the stability and temps of the CPU and then I if it passes, then you are greenlighted to proceed further

You wont know if it's perfectly stable until you run some stress tests. Mine boots up at 3.5 when vcore isnt touched and runs everything fine but fails at stress tests.

Also idle at 39c isnt that good. You should run P95 for a while and see if it is stable, but it will most likely fail and you will have to notch up the Vcore.
