Building a budget 3.7-4 ghz gaming pc

Thread Starter
Ive been researching for days, and with a few ideas from some experienced members of this forum, I came up with these components for the build:

---NZXT M59 ATX Mid tower interior chassis
---nVidia 9800 GT 1 gb ram gpu w/arctic cooling accelero fanless passive heat pipe VGA cooler
---Coolmaster 19 db 120mm blue led case fans (x5)
---AMD Phenom II X2 555 CPU (unlock the other 2 cores)
---ASUS M4A88T-V motherboard
---G.SKILL ECO Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) RAM
---Nexus NX-8060 Quiet PSU 600 watts
---Corsair H50 CPU cooler

I plan on reusing my 500 gb samsung spinpoint hard drive, and my oem HP DVD drive if possible.

I am new at this, does everything look right? please let me know, thanks

lol Im bidding on a used "like new" nVidia 9800 GT right now, but honestly id rather buy new. Unless of course the used part is like new as well and comes with a return policy. My budget is $700

Just buy the PC Jean-Luc recommended (really good for price). It also includes an ok PSU.

I'm noticing that its hard to get a cpu/motherboard combo for a low price that will go to 4.0 ghz and have a low Vcore >1.5v which equals low cpu and motherboard temps.

I did a lot of research on that motherboard listed in the combo package, and I dont believe it will have a low vcore and be reliable if used all the time at 4 ghz. Or maby im wrong im a noobie lol
