i7 Dilema - Page 4

Coming from someone with over 1K feedback on ebay take pictures of serial numbers on anything worth more than about $25. You would be amazed the stuff people try and do on there.

Also anytime someone wants a refund require the first shipment be returned, Ive already had people refuse to return stuff even though they claim to have a problem with it.

Oh also anytime you sell on fleebay make sure to have all terms and conditions clearly stated in the listing.(small print if you prefer) An example would be the return policy because even though ebay has a special section for that is its not in the listing it causes problems.

The only solution for this seller is to clear out his PP account NOW buying usless crap, if need be.

Paypal always side with the seller.

My friend sold a Macbook that had case cracks and a faulty power socket, but still worked. All faults were documented in the description and he stated no returns. The guy bought it, knowing full well it was cracked and then filed a claim, got his money back and never even returned the laptop.

Needless to say, he was pissed. It took a year to force PAypal with litigation and small claims to get his money back and even then they were unrepentant.
