Hmm.. I wouldn't really call that an artifact, but you say your other games do this too?

A few. It's not always a box though. Sometimes its a single line that goes from top to bottom.

Yep, except for Dead Rising 2 (it has weird crap during gameplay every once in awhile) but I'm assuming that's the games fault. Again, it's not a huge deal, it's just annoying to look at when I'm trying to show off.

I would try reseating your GPU. That seems to have solved all my problems.
