Ok, I need some help guys.

I am debating on my cooling solution to use for the case design.

Should I mount 3 80mm fans across the top as a vent? or should I go with just vent holes and mount a 120mm fan down on the side of the box like originally planned?

I was looking at these fans.

I could use the motherboard possibly to regulate the fan speed of the fans for noise prevention.

Another question. What is the max wattage of the fan header on the motherboard for the xbox? anybody know?

Oh the stock fan has been out of the xbox for a very long time.

Well, I will just have to see what three 80mm fans sounds like.

Just checked a stock fan, says 12 V.D.C and .21 amps, so 2.52 watts.

So I have a small update. I am going to be getting a new fan controller for my phantom, because one of the channels on it burnt out, so they are replacing it. I am going to wire that into the Xbox case and use it to run fans.

I will also be starting the actual case building some time in march. I haven't had time to work on it because of school. I will be ordering various parts for the actual case very soon though.
what I still need.

-Fans
-Fan filters
-A/V connectors for the AV box.
-Power and eject buttons
-small amount of heatshrink
-a small section of cable sleeving for the AV box cord.
-project box from Radio shack for the av box
-some new blue LEDs for hard drive and LAN activity lights

If you guys have some sleeving or heatshrink that would like to donate that would be lovely. I only need about a foot of sleeving and heatshrink for the two ends.

I also want three 80mm fans for the top of the case as venting. I have decided to not put the 120mm fan and just use 3 80mm fans on the top. If you have some nice ones that you would like to donate, that would be awesome. Otherwise I am going to pick up some enermax magma's.
