OC Novice: How are these temps?

Wasn't really sure what category to post this in, as it involves multiple components, so i figured maybe air cooling is the best. I am paranoid when it comes to over heating my hardware, so I was just wondering if anyone with these components could comment on the temps I'm getting? Are they ok? Safe? How much higher could they safely get? Thanks!

what am i looking at?

is the first number idle and the second load? i doubt the 480 loads at 65 lol
what are you using to stress test and for how long?

for the cpu run Prime95 blended for 30 mins and give temps...
for graphics card run furmark for 10 mins and give temps.

most idle temps mean nothing and are usually inacurate

Sorry, just woke up. 460, not 480. Secondly, the gpu is idle/at load. The cpu, those are just the high/lows it has had since i turned on my computer today and played gta iv. Future mark, temps on gpu didn't top 69. Prime95, cpu stayed under 60 when I ran prime previously for 15min

The CPU can go up to 80c, I wouldn't go much higher than that.

The GPU should be good up to 85c; but again, don't push it.
You should be able to up your overclock until you see artifacts, then just boost the fan speed a bit.

I usually set mine to 53% and leave it for gaming. (Never tops 65c)

When I fold, I usually keep it on auto from 65-80% fan speed.
Temps won't go higher than 75c.

So, in your opinion, what could I safely raise the clocks on my gpu to without changing the voltage much?
