I'm not usually so bold as to make a definite claim like that, cause it only takes one to disprove the claim....

But I do know it's the only one that will allow an OC in the range you're after.

well let me ask this.... should i wait to see what the new intil and amd chips comming out soon are like frist before i go with this build?

erhh now im stuck i just saw on ebay a guy selling i7-980x chips for 730 (wich includes shipping) there brand new adn not a oem... so no im not sure if i want to go with the dual xeon or grab the i7-980x......

I would think 8 cores and 16 threads > 6 cores and 12 threads.
