I don't get it, why do you recommend me those pump, when they got lower LPH and lower pressure?

I liked the cheaper thing

Head pressure is more important than flow rate, flow rate of about 1 GPM is enough and anything over 1.5 GPM has no effect on temperatures. MCP355 has the best head pressure out of those, EK is close to stock MCP355. MCP655 is a bit behind and that XSPC pump has much lower pressure.
