The plastic that the keys are made out of do seem very low quality, hence the fact that I found 3 that are cracked. (Refer to previous picture.)

dang tomorrow cant come any sooner, I need this fixed ASAP, I go to school next week.

so its a given though that I can RMA this right?

The switches are manufactured by Cherry Corp. Cherry has been known to arbitrarily screw over customers for no real reason.

called in today twice and they say the guy (kevin) isn't in today, he's the only one that is in charge with x-armor stuff... I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to, and they said no, what a load of BS, I want this to be resolved..

Is XArmor really that bad with customer service? Makes me wonder if I should get another mechanical keyboard from somewhere else. People here seem to look for Leopolds from EK or Deck Legend keyboards.

I just think its weird that they give you a number that when you press 2 to talk to support it says something like "you have been on the line too long or something" so you have to always press 0 for the operator then you get some random person (i have talked to someone in accounting, and another person that didnt say what they did) and they both wanted to take my info and said that they have just gotten back from a 4 day weekend, but this other guy isnt in and hes the only one I can talk to about this issue I have, and hes not in.

what kills me is why is there only one guy that can help me?

He actually is paid by Xarmor . He mentioned it in a thread somewhere.

My guess would be they put the paper there to try to cut down on key wobble. Maybe they got the keys in and they weren't quite molded right, so they added the paper to fix it.
