I am overclocking an AMD phenom 445 x3 and I managed to get it to its fourth core but voltage alterations cause a system fail. after running wow for only 10-20 minutes can anyone better assist me with overclocking? it would be most appreciated. Gracias!

10 Min looks like a good time to overheat. Download HWMonitor and run it alongside a game or a test and see how far you CPU core temp gets.

EDIT: How does the system fail? Do you get a BSOD or it just hangs? Or restarts?

Yes, everest is fine. Check the temps, although BSOD in very rare cases is cause by the temps. How far did you OC that CPU?? What is the stock freq, and what are you running now?
It could be that the 4-th core is unstable. You may have to go x3 again.
The other option is RAM divider too high. Can you make screenshots of CPUz - CPU, Mem and SPD tabs? It would help a lot

Suuure, pal

If you're using Win7 it's very easy- open Start Menu and type in "Snipping tool". Start the tool, then just drag-select the CPUz window and you can save it as a PNG image

If you're on XP it's a bit harder. Press the PrintScreen button (some wierd keyboards require Fn or AltGr to be down, in order to press PrintScreen). Then open Paint and press Ctrl+V (this is Paste). YOu'll get your screen on the file, crop it untill only the CPUz window remains, save as PNG or JPG (not BMP).
Upload to a free picture host website (http://photobucket.com/ is one of them).

Then copy the link to your screenshot and paste it here
