And what settings do you try to play at? The GTS 450 and E5300 combo isn't exactly powerful.
Low end CPU, mid range GPU, = mid range gaming. Like 2nd post, what games, what settings, what resolution?

Your RAM is no where to be found, but the best you can do is 2gb of DDR3, lets be over kill and say its at 2000MHz, thats still not much.

Yeah Black Ops needs at LEAST a tri-core to have really smooth performance. It utilizes all 4 cores and 8 threads on my CPU.

The lower the resolution you play, the more CPU dependent it becomes, so you'll wanna invest more money into a new CPU.

I recommend a cheap AM2+ motherboard and a Phenom II x3 or Athlon II X4. That way you can keep your DDR2 RAM. Or since DDR3 is so damn cheap now (makes me cry I spent $110 on my first 4gb), get a system upgrade.

You really should have posted your build here before buying. I think your hardware is just insufficient for these games, and it all starts at the processor and the ram.

Windows 7 32 alone uses 1 GB of ram idle, so that leaves you with a whopping 1GB of ram for your games... probably at DDR2 looking at that mobo...

Yes, your CPU more specifically. get a cheap C2Quad and you're good to go.
