The Gigabyte has onboard video, USB 3.0, newer chipset (890).
The Asus is cheaper. Much cheaper. But uses the 790 chipset.

You going to use the onboard video?


AMD lists the difference in the chipsets...

I would not pay extra for onboard video then. That's the most notable difference in the two boards. Do you need USB 3.0?
