It could . try to cleaning your DIMM's.

I mean, it should work regardless right? Whether I insert it in the blue slots first or black slots?

I even just tried putting 1 RAM stick in the blue.


So yea.. I fixed it by moving the RAM to the black....

the newer boards from msi only support 2 sticks of ram in the black slots. the blue slots can only be occupied when the blacks are already occupied.

i have exact same build and had to move ram over to black for it to even post.
