Why not try:

8-9-8-27 (both 1 and 2T)

Isn't it best to use T1??? Even if this means that the timings need to be a little looser?

The difference between command rate 1 and 2 is .00295xxx%. Meaing T1 > T2 by .0029%.

In benchmarks, it shows a little bit. In real world use, you will not see a difference.

Furthermore, command rate 2, is a bit more stable, than 1.

Thank you all for your advice.

Keep tweaking, unless your satisfied with that.

Also, a 32M run of SuperPi is also a great way to test memory, and takes about ~9 minutes.

dram voltage is already at max 1.65.
I'll try bumping vtt (called QPI on my board 1 or 2 notches)

Adding QPI voltage did help a bit.
But after upping QPI 5 nutches it still isn't stable. (unable to boot random BSOD)
And then also QPI is at its max 1.35.

So i think 9-9-9-24 is the best my memory can do within the boundries.
