Wow. To make things easier (if you were to fill all your PCI Express x1 slots) it would be nice to have your build just laying out on a surface rather than in a case. Maybe make/buy yourself a custom little work bench. That would make a pretty sick folder.

Stealth Pyros...I'm kicking myself for not waiting two days on the sparkle single slot 450...I'd love to put my MOBO on a tech bench (torture rack?) with 5-6 450's chugging away. I've even seen PCI to PCIe x1 adapters but not sure there's enough lanes to make it worthwhile.

Don't you have to raise your expansion slot bracket? It looks like you have to raise the height of the card by like an inch.

According to the riser, it's designe to "extend the height of a low profile bracket to full profile height", and doing some uber scientific eyeballing, it looks VERY close...else, I've got a plethoa of machine screws and bolts to space/level it out

Jumpin jimminey this thing is loud....that little fan spins up into the 6500rpm range

**edit** Thank you EVGA Precision update (I think version 2.0.0.1 or something like that lol) I can set the fan @ 65% and with that drone I'll sleep like a baby Holy CRIPES the card runs cool with the fan set on 100%

...happy wife, happy life...

I'm not going to complain though, she's going to let me build another machine with some of the settlement money I just came into, LOL.
