new phenom II 555 3.2 Ghz proc !

Thread Starter
Hi All, I am new to this site ,but not new to overclocking. I got this proc for Christmas, and think I got a good one. It's a Phenom II x2 555 BE 3.2 (calisto)
I'm running it on a Asrock K10N780SLIX3-wifi ,OCZ pc6400 800 mhz memory,with a homemade watercooling rig.
I've upped the multiplier to 19.5 (3.9 Ghz), temps are running around 95 deg. F. Is this good for a start?

Please reply good or bad,any advice to break 4.0 Ghz?
Fred

95? Not that's incredibly hot for an AMD chip, even an Intel. Unless theres a mistake, what are you using to monitor it? Please post screenshots of your CPU-z and whatever your using to monitor it.

not bad. you could try unlocking it if that board has acc

Did you try unlocking the cores yet?

Callisto is one best processors to tweak around with, as it will overclock high, and runs very cool as a dual core, and can potentially unlock into a quad when ACC is enabled.
