Hello and welcome to the forum

I am unaware of this motherboard. If you have a PDF of the manual that would help us greatly.

A few Q's:

Does the bios allow FSB adjustments?
Do you have the function to lock the PCI/AGP bus?
Do you have voltage adjustments within the Bios?

Yeah good point

If it is a prebuilt PC such as Dell, Compaq, HP or any others like this it is unlikely that you will be able to overclock via the bios.

The only other alternatives is to look at software overclocking such as:http://www.cpuid.com/clockgen.php

I tried to look it up, but unfortunately all i could come up with is that you have little to no oc options in your bios. Correct me if im wrong but i think you can only change dram frequencies, and maybe adjust fsb? If you can adjust the fsb frequency then you can overclock But if you dont, and you only have the dram frequency thats not allowing you to do anything to your cpu and if your really desperate to oc then i guess you can look for a program but i dont reccomend it at all Also if its not too much trouble, you should go to your user cp and fill out your system specs.

Hope i helped and Welcome to the Forums

higher it then, just a little bit, then check if its stable by getting a tempature monitor to make sure it dosnt go above, well i say 65 deg C but im unsure on cellys! and run a prime95 test for a few hours to check your system has no errors!
Thats like it roughly. Good look, check overclock.nets overclocking FAQ's, there good!!

Have a look at the IC7 overclocking guide in my sig. This overclocking guide not only applies to my board but also for any Intel P4 overclocking.

Hope that helps
