Looking to get back into the game! Need advise on a computer build

Alright fellas, I have been out of the game for over 2 years now. I needed money desperately for college so I sold my PC 2 years ago, since then I have purchased myself a laptop for college and I am ready to upgrade back to a PC again.

Basically it comes down to price, I am looking for the cheapest gaming build possible. I don't have high standards and my e-peen isn't going to grow if I don't have the latest and greatest (which I know I won't even be getting close to), I just need something that I can do my casual gaming on.

Here is what I need.
CPU
Motherboard
Memory
Graphics Card
(Hard-Drive) (Optional for now)
Power Supply
DVD-Drive
Case

**Let me know if I missed components that I need**

Here is what I already have.
Operating System (Windows 7)
Mouse
(Keyboard) I have an old one laying around so that should work for a while.
(Monitor) Option, want one but don't know if it is in my budget.

What I will be using it for:
Gaming, School work, Daily use.

Gaming: World of Warcraft - This is not your usual World of Warcraft user, I have 5 accounts running at a time so I assuming that memory is a MUST.
BC2, L4D2, CSS, Starcraft. These really are the only games that I play right now.

And just other regular things that people do at their computers.

As far as the budget is concerned.
The budget right is very slim, I don't even want to give a number out until I see what people come up with because I want to see if I am being unrealistic or not, I pretty much want the best BANG for the BUCK.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I know I posted this in the AMD section but I more than welcoming to Intel builds, whatever will be cheaper.

The budget really isn't a budget, I need so spend as least money as possible or else my girlfriend is going to KILL me because I need to pay bills and such and don't want to fall behind on that. I am really looking for the cheapest possible almost, trying to stay under $500

EDIT: Yes i am near denver, around 40 minutes away from Micro Center if that is what you are hinting at.

Well I built my rig for 500 dollars! Would have been less if I got off my lazy bum and filled out the rebate forms. Do you have a Microcenter near you?

That is AWESOME. Let me know which one would be the best value to pick up from there, do any of these unlock? I seriously have been out of the CPU market for too long

500 is really low for a whole rig build including case optical and hdd.

Unless you are willing to get a midrange amd quad,

Yeah I realize that, that's why I stated that I didn't care too much for latest components. I just want something that will be compatible with newer processors so that I can upgrade a little later.
