For ultimate read/write speed, two/three drives in RAID 0 just cannot be beat. But for 4k times and all the good stuff that matters, I would go with a 256gb C300.

I'm not sure about the prices in US (if that's where you live, which I assume at this time, 10AM in eu), anyway, I've seen the OCZ revo having some sick speeds, so I'd suggest that one.

actually the newer drivers fro Intel ich10r supports trim in raid http://techreport.com/discussions.x/18653 my bad wrong url
