Biostar TA890FXE Overclocking help

Okay i just picked up a Biostar TA890FXE today at frys and was wondering if anyone with the same setup could possibly assist me in overclocking to a high (maybe 4GHz???) but stable speed on Air (Hyoer 212+) with a PII x4 955.

Ok. Here the breakdown on that you need to know for ocing any athlon II and phenom II cpu on air.
1) Max cpu voltage is 1.55v.
2) Keep temp under 55c.
3) NB frequency take it as high as you can take it and stable.
4) CPU/NB voltage max 1.45v. This the voltage for NB Frequency.
5) Keep HT around 2000.

Well you see, I like to think that I have a FAIRLY high amount of computer knowledge, but havent ever overclocked a computer before. Thats why i was asking for someones settings.

So look in the manual and find CPU voltage, CPU/NB voltage, NB frequency and HT link and fellow the 5 rules I posted. And have so fun.

Ok, I got that first part down, I got it to 3.7 but voltage wise im lost, the bios on this thing is a jungle. If I give you some screenshots could you tell me what to change?

You should check in with the Biostar 800 series club, they can walk you trough the BIOS
