ok I redid everything again and screwed in the H50 bracket crisscrossed (X)
I think the temps dropped a bit more right now.

great, looks like your temps are within 2-3*C of each other. making sure your CPU has good contact with your HSF is key to good temps and good temps= more OCing!

Only problem now is I'm getting errors in OCCT, IBT....
OCCT says core #3 error and IBT tells me I need a better cooler etc...

ibt is telling you to get more cooling? is that your inference? ive never seen ibt give an error like that.

where are your voltages and speeds at now?

if thats not stable, you have more room for some more Vcore. try 1.3v

id go into OCCT settings and see what the max cpu temp limit is, you can change it. as long as your chip doesnt pass high 80+ you should be fine. check your occt settings
