Hey just need a little help on my new system thnx

My old comp just died on me so im looking to build my own.

Using http://sys.1stchoicememory.comiI have created a system.

Combo w/ Intel Core i7 Quad Core CPUs (Socket 1366)
Intel Core i7 - 950 CPU (4 x 3.06GHz) 8MB LGA1366
Asus RAMPAGE III GENE Core i7 Intel X58 CrossFireX & SLI SATA3&USB3.0 A&GbE MATX Motherboard
12GB DDR3 1333MHz Memory (6 x 2GB Kit)
1TB SATA2 Hard Drive 7200 RPM
Zalman CNPS9700 NT Aluminum Copper CPU Fan For Intel Socket 775 & AMD Socket 754 939 940 AM2 AM2+ AM
nVidia GeForce GT220 1GB Video Card
8x Blu-Ray DVDRW Combo Drive
Asus VW224T 22 inch WideScreen 16:10 5ms DVI LCD Monitor w Speakers (Black)
Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio 7.1 PCI-Express x1 Sound Card Retail
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit
PreTest MB / CPU Combo
Combo - 2 Year

These are the specs and the cost is going to be $1675

If anyone can just take a look at them and answer these questions.
1. Is the cooling system enough for OC or should i go with liquid?
2. I wanted to do dual GPUs is it ok just to double video card or a cheaper one?
3. I also need to cut costs a bit to like $1500 which I assume i can if i find best deal on sites for ea item. Or any if I don't need any of the above components please just tell me.

Thx as this will be my first custom build and really have no clue what im doing.
Lol i don't even know if these parts are compatible.

Thank you so much
~Phil

Change out the MB to a gigabyte UD3r (on sale now) and a V8 cooler instead of the V6... Lose the blue ray burner and do a SATA CD/DVD drive for around 19 bucks... and then a lil better GPU

He wants the bluray burner which is why i included it. 260's for 200 bucks are better then a single 470 at 250.

BUT i will add options...

I was going to tell you to wait till Sandy Bridge hits in a week and a half but it's up to you. You'll save some coin if you do.
