KVM switches

Thread Starter
I'm looking for an affordable KVM switch on newegg (gift certificate)

I need USB hook ups for my mouse and keyboard. I would also like two DVI ports for dual monitors.

I'm looking at New Egg's site and I just can't figure out what is input and what is output.

Can anyone help or make a recommendation?

Dual monitors with DVI & USB will be expensive:

I bought this one a few weeks ago and haven't had any problems with it. I preferred one with VGA because it's much cheaper and I'm constantly working on clients' computers, which are usually older and only have a VGA port.

Here is the DVI version: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817403065
This one has to use an AC power adapter, while the VGA one above is powered via USB.

Since they're both linux boxes, I think hardware switching is the best bet.

I guess I'd also be fine with a single monitor hook up. I don't have dual monitors yet.
