Tri-Monitor Setup

Thread Starter
Hi,

I'm looking to set up a center 23'' monitor and two 19'' wing monitors.

I would use a GTX 460 to drive the center monitor for gaming and am interested in using the 19'' wing monitors for multi-tasking. Is there a way to drive the wing monitors using a separate video card on any motherboard?

I'm looking to possibly upgrade my system so I would be open to any platform but am not really interested in tri-monitor gaming as I'm assuming these would require drastically better GPU power.

For the second video card, just find one that has 2 outputs, and hook it up. Should work fine.

With the motherboard that you have it would be a little difficult, if you grabbed a new motherboard with another pcie slot (4x, 8x, 16x) would all work, and any graphics card would do, otherwise if you swapped your graphics card over to an AMD you could use the hybrid graphics, otherwise there may be a driver hack to run the hybrid graphics with the GTX460
