Was thinking TDP at first but the 1090t's TDP is about 125w off the i7 series so my mind drifted to architecture and design. Thanks for the info though .

I guess not every aspect... like price, and performance in many areas.

Edit: I think I fried my 1090T with 1.525 nb voltage. Was trying for 3.7Ghz on the nb at the time with 4.4Ghz on the cpu. Load temps never went above 20C, but eairler that day I booted into windows at 1.72 vcore by mistake so that could have had something to do with it.

Was trying to see how high I could go on my gtx 470 @ 900 core on 3dmark 11.

^-^....UM, 3.7 on NB was too adventurous I think .

Price/performance AMD always wins, but even I get jealous at i7 sometimes for performing so flawlessly in all application . Specially in games it packs a horrific punch at X6 face which is kinda sad -__-

Newegg/Tigerdirect/AMD doesn't care, tell AMD it just died out of no where(they pay shipping).
