hey man wait for sandy bridge these are much much faster then i5 760 . sandy bridge platform(better overclocking,less power consumption,no needed high end water cool kits and bunch of new stylish motherboards) . i think you should wait for sandy bridge

I shouldn't have ventured over into the Intel fourms, lol.

Again, the 1090T will last longer than the i7 950, remember when games started using quad cores? The same thing will happen with 6 cores and someday the minimum for games will be a 6 core, not a quad with hyperthreading.

hmm im not gonna argue nor jack all over this thread, ill just post one link, to anadtech 1090t 3.2ghz vs i7 920 2.6ghz and notice how i7 beats it in nearly everything.

I just skimmed through and they look pretty equal with the 1090T actually winning in most(the blue).
