Okay so i made the RAM, CPU and mobo all lesser models and took out the graphics card

PSU- Power Supply 500W (ATX)-$22
HDD -Seagate SATAII 500GB 16m -$41
graphics -integrated -$0
Mobo- Asus P5G41T-M-LX -$56
CPU- Celeron E3400 -$52
RAM -A-RAM 4gb (2gb x2) -$50
Case- cooler master 341- $48
Fans- 120mm x3- $15
Total-$284
If i take out the side fans its total - $274

Will buying 2 sticks of the A-RAM 2gb single sticks and using them together work well on a dual channel mobo or more specifically the mobo i chose for this build??

Does this seem like a better option?
Is it all compatible?
Would AMD have a cheaper equivalent?
