I would say make sure your HT link is around or below 2000 and you can up your voltage on your memory to 1.55, and your CPU NB (NB VID) to 1.225 and increase your NB freq to 2400-2500ish. I disagree with the 1.45 being a max on air, but to each there own. I would say if you monitor your temps you can safely run 1.5, but you would need to make sure your not going above 55C on your full load after 30+ min. Raising your voltage can cause it to get unstable oddly enough even if your temps are in check though.
