And I'm trying to figure out way most people thinks all AMD Athlon II or Phenom II can it 4.0ghz+.

EDIT

Sorry. I'd re-edit my answer. I was help a friend with a Athlon II build and got confuse and put athlon II spec in there.
I dont know just i dont usually think of 3.7 or 3.9 I just think of 4.0 but that is probably what I am going to shoot for somewhere in there...

But umm just to repeat
the cooler master hyper 212+ says compatible with i7 and i5 and also my power supply says that... will it still run with amd processors

There I filled it out... Okay cool so I have the right compatible parts overall Im pretty sure... If you guys can recommend different parts for my machine that will be better for it but not raising the price very much... And do I need a GPU cooler and Memory cooler and should i get more fans for my case, because it only comes with two? And if so for any of those three coolers could you suggest a cheaper priced decent cooler for that part(GPU,Memory, and Case)? Thanks again you guys are being very very helpful!

It will I have one on an am2 platform with 2 fans, excellent cooler from what I've seen...though a pain to install. I got mine a load cheaper as a refurb at the coolermaster store, then added a second fan which brough me out cheaper than a new unit, on another note you could probably find the Corsair H-50 for a nice price now and with 2 fans it performs very well

The CoolerMaster One that I have chosen is 30 bucks but the h50 is around 55-60... is it worth the extra 30 dollars, for getting my processor up around 3.7-3.8ghz

Eh, IMHO your limiting factor will not be the 212, it'll be the lack of MOSFET cooling on the mainboard...I know on the 770 Giga boards you hit a brick wall at 233-235 on the FSB...off the top of my head I'm not sure what the multiplier on the 1055 is, but I don't think, at 230-235 on the FSB, it will be enough to get into the 3.7+ range.

However, some of THESE may help a little:

universal MOSFET cooling

So will the Enzotech MST-66 C1100 help me with cooling very much... Will it really help me overclock more?

I'll be frank, I'm not sure which of those coolers will fit on the 870. I think that the 88 fits on my 770 board, but I haven't done much more research on it...sorry.

I say do some small FSB bumps and then run it in Prime and see how far you can go.
