5.5 GHZ - 5.6 GHZ on air?

Someone needs to do more research.

Sandy Bridge's IGP is only enabled when using an H67 chipset. When you use a P67 it disables itself.

Also even if the IGP had been enabled it would not effect the 2600K's score.

I'm trying to dig up a forum thread where a guy hit a wall at 5 GHZ, while trying several motherboards, and it still would not go past it, no matter what he tried.

Jean-Luc, do you know the thread I'm talking about?

JL also hit a wall @ 4.8, and can you share how much voltage that required?

Let's be real though, SB is a MAINSTREAM processor, and it will hit 4.5 - 5.0 on air, and that is pretty sweet. AFAIK, the downside is that you can't seem to go past that wall on water either.
