I had two F3s in my sig rig in a 128k strip and it worked great. So great I added 1 more on top of it and short stroked it by 1/3rd because installing the OS on a 2 TB partition was just easier that way. Not to mention the performance boost of the short stroke. On an AMD controller 3 F3s in RAID 0 SS'd is going to top out the mobo in terms of performance and give you a 6.4 Windows Experience score. My access time didn't improve much however. It is sitting at about 10.2 right now and it was around 12ms with just 2.
You will really like the performance boost, just be sure to back up sensitive data.
Access time, IO performance and boot time obviously won't be as a good as an SSD, but you won't have the degradation of performance like an SSD and you will have 2TBs of space and the same performance 8 months later.
Good luck, you will have fun with that.
