ICH10 decided to remove my raid for no reason

Hi guys,

On my ICH10 controller I have 2xSSD RAID0 and 4x1TB HDD RAID10.

Today, after a large file transfer from my RAID10 to a USB HDD Intel Rapid reported one drive was offline due to missing SATA connector on drive 4.

shuted down computer on windows, but did not shut down completely so I had to hard reset.

After BIOS raid controller reported all Seagate HDD where missing from the RAID, could boot normaly with my SSD, now I'm back on windows and intel rapid reports that all drives are OK, but cannot recognise RAID10, the only option avaliable is to reset disk to normal.

Wow what the heck happened here?

my ancient ICH9 sometimes reported one of the two raid hard disks as offline however windows always managed to boot.

Try reset bios, apply raid settings and try again? Dont know

+REP for feedback rainmaker.

Actually I replaced the SATA cable and my RAID works just fine now.
